REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied back to your credit card within 5 business days. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Shipping

SHIPPING

Items are shipped Monday through Friday. SUN+SALT will determine the method of shipping depending on the overall cost, weight and zip code of the order’s ship-to address. Most product orders are shipped via a parcel carrier. Priority Mail is usually delivered within 1-3 business days. USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. FedEx Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. Items ship within 3-5 business days of order date. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships. We value your business, and are committed to serving each customer with quality products. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us!

Returns

RETURN POLICY

Please email the address below within seven (7) days of receiving your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Burned candles CANNOT be returned. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
